Goods sold by Imagine Fun & Games are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, and the shipping area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post.
The shipping time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days.

If your order fails to arrive or is damaged, the following conditions apply

If goods are not received within a reasonable period, please contact us. We will make every effort to track the goods. The customer is also responsible for making every effort to recover the goods.

In the event that an item ordered cannot be supplied

We shall send you an e-mail notifying you that the product is out of stock and provide an estimated time of arrival for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.

If your order is found to be defective

• Please contact us by email, fax or telephone and arrange to return the goods for exchange.
• Any such claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt of products.
• Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
• Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
